CASEWORKER

THE DEADLINE TO APPLY TO CASEWORKER POSITIONS IS 11 OCTOBER 2026 AT 23:59 PM.
From autumn 2026 onwards, all new caseworker positions at The Law Corner will be advertised and subject to an application process. The application window will typically open in September of each year.
Applicants must have completed our Internship Programme to be eligible for a position as a volunteer caseworker. Further, whilst most caseworkers will have completed a BA in Law, an LLB, or the PGDL prior to taking up their appointment, The Law Corner is prepared to waive this requirement in certain circumstances. It will make this determination on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the level of responsibility, maturity, and legal skills demonstrated during the internship.
If successful, your tenure as caseworker will be subject to a six-month trial period.
OUR ASSESSMENT CRITERIA ARE:
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn;
- Strong time management and ability to manage various commitments;
- Attention to detail and quality of output (e.g. emails, research notes, memos, meeting notes, etc.);
- Strong oral and written communication skills (including good responsiveness in emails);
- Friendly and approachable manner with good interpersonal skills;
- Intrinsic motivation and alignment with The Law Corner’s vision; and
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

- the names of 3 people you worked with during your internship (you can put these in the body of your email directly).
